Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dependency Intelligence platform (the "Service") provided by Strike Labs, LLC ("Strike Labs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse engineering, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Strike Labs a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you and your organization.
5. Subscriptions and fees
Paid features are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice for upcoming billing cycles.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and at minimum with reasonable care.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strike Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
